Our family moved from south of Turkey to Istanbul in 1994 and since than we’re running Marmara Guesthouse and Saruhan Hotel in the old city.

In 2022, we restored this small wooden house as a boutique hotel where we used to live. We have only four rooms with wooden furniture. All the rooms have bathroom and air condition. We’re trying to welcome our guests with the comfort of being in a warm family place.

Our location is also unique! Our hotel is conveniently located for visitors who want to immerse in the local life while staying close to the main sight-seeing spots (a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya and Grand Bazaar).

We are always ready to help to maximize the comfort of our guests and to give good advice about the wonderful world of Istanbul which begins at our doorstep.
